Our claims offering starts from the moment we are appointed to represent a client.  Our Claims Specialists will take time to understand the business, the risks it faces and the procedures currently in place to manage those risks.  From this point, we will build a claims proposition tailored to the business that allows us to work together to manage risks and in turn, insurance spend.

We will always be available to provide a swift, personalised, knowledgeable and friendly service in a client’s time of need.  Our Claims Specialist will work with the client throughout the life of the claim. We will hold insurers to account to ensure they deliver on pre-agreed service standards, designed to ensure a quick and effective claims service
